    Education Aims:  Students will gain an understanding of the molecular basis of cancer and how this may impact upon subsequent patient treatment and prognosis.

    Learning Outcomes:  A series of lectures will be provided to give students an in-depth understanding of normal cell regulatory mechanisms and how these are altered by the acquisition of the carcinogenic phenotype.
